All intellectual property associated with Pennyclip, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs, is protected under Australian and international law.

PROTECTED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Pennyclip Trademark
    Pennyclip is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement.

  • Patented Mechanism
    The spring-powered dog waste bag holder mechanism and associated parts are protected by a pending patent. Manufacturing, importing, selling, or offering for sale any product that infringes this patent is prohibited.

  • Pennyclip Logo
    The Pennyclip logo is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use the logo in any form.

  • Website Content
    All website content is protected by copyright, including product photographs, product descriptions, website design and layout, graphics, videos, and marketing materials. You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content.

  • Product Design
    The visual appearance and design of Pennyclip products are protected. Copying or imitating the product design is prohibited.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

  • Use the Pennyclip trademark

  • Copy or use the Pennyclip logo

  • Download or use product photographs

  • Reproduce website content or design elements

  • Manufacture or sell products copying our patented mechanism

  • Imitate the appearance of Pennyclip products

  • Register domain names containing "Pennyclip"

  • Create counterfeit or imitation products

COUNTERFEITS

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit Pennyclip products. Authentic products are sold exclusively by Pennyclip Pty Limited only.

ENFORCEMENT

We actively monitor for infringement and will take legal action to protect our intellectual property rights, including seeking injunctions, damages, and other available remedies.
