This website is operated by Pennyclip™ Pty Limited. We provide product information and sell Pennyclip™ products through our online store, which is powered by Shopify.
Orders, Payments & Shipping
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Order acceptance occurs when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary.
Returns & Consumer Rights
Australian customers: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
We want you to be happy with your Pennyclip™ purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds and replacements work when you buy from our website.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, depending on the circumstances.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- unused and in original condition;
- in its original packaging, where possible; and
- returned with proof of purchase.
Pennyclip™ provides free standard shipping on orders within Australia. However, for change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost was absorbed by Pennyclip™ and is not refunded or credited separately.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
Where required by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or other solution.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, refund or replacement, email us at Info@pennyclip.com and include your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
For approved change of mind returns, your refund will be for the purchase price of the item only. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns where an item has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside this policy, except where you have rights under Australian Consumer Law.
